A Feeling Of Anticipation...

Something is on it's way. Something is on it's way that I'm very excited about.

When I ordered my 350d / Rebel XT from eBay, I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I'm more stoked than that.

After clicking the "proceed to checkout" at Amazon for my 50mm F1.8, I waited for the Postman every day. I'm even more impatient than that.

Regulars to my blog will have probably already guessed what it is.

Pin-hole, zone-plate, selective focus, macro, wide-angle, glass optics, plastic optics....

Lensbaby Composer is coming!

Cheers, (a very excited), Rob.

Hello,

I look forward to seeing the results of the Lens-Baby.

I have looked at the reviews and the sample images, looks interesting, I love th selective focus that it offers, and the interchangable aperture rings. Although I imagine the f22 would make the viewfinder a little dark!

Looks like fun!

Hi Ben,

You're right, should be interesting to say the least. I can't wait!

Thanks, Rob.

Hiya Rob,

Funny, that's just what we were talking about before, utilising 'defects' from different cameras and lenses for a particular look and feel. Looks like this little lensbaby gives you the option of every 'defect' you could think of too and the example images on their site are great.

Looks like you'll be having some fun with this new toy!

All the best,

Victor

Hi Victor,

You're so right! I'm not the most imaginative or artistic of photographers, so it'll be interesting to see what these different tools bring out in my work...

Cheers, Rob.
